Krasimira is Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research and Impact in the Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy.

Within her research endeavours, Krasimira concentrates on biomathematics, exploring innovative ways to employ mathematical principles to advance quantitative methodologies in healthcare and healthcare technologies.
