Professor Mat Collins

Mat is an Associate Professor in Climate Change with an interest in understanding and quantifying future spatial patterns of climate change, combining information from climate models and observations.

Mat is Joint Met Office Chair in Climate Change, co-managing the Met Office Hadley Centre contribution to the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 (CMIP5). He is also the Field Chief Editor of Frontiers in Climate.
