Professor Dan Charman

Dan is Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean for the University of Exeter’s Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy, where he is responsible for leading the University’s Strategy 2030 vision to take meaningful action on the climate emergency and ecological crisis.

As a researcher, Dan specialises in long-term ecosystem and climate change, and has worked with partners such as English Heritage and the Leverhulme Trust.
