Professor Brendan Godley

Brendan is a Professor of Conservation Science who specialises in biodiversity conservation, the impact of ocean plastics, finding solutions to marine fisheries bycatch, and the design of marine protected areas.

He delivers this work in close partnership with government, NGOs and businesses. These include Defra Darwin Initiative, Governments of Gabon, Congo, Cayman and Ascension Island, NGOs such Cornwall Wildlife Trust, Wildlife Conservation Socirty and companies such as Fishtek Marine Lt.
